Daphne is my pick puppy out of Jilly's second and final litter, bred to Tony. This pairing resulted in 7 lovely puppies, with several due to hit the show ring. She was shown once in the 4-6 Month Beginner Puppy Competition, where she won Hound Group 1 in a huge group! Her first sweepstakes appearance at 7 months resulted in a Scenthound Group 1 at the Western Hound Association of Southern CA under Hound Breeder Judge Justin Dannenbring. Her first specialty appearance at barely 8 months resulted in back-to-back BOV in Sweepstakes under Breeder Judges Victor Barajas and Jan Oswald (also Best in Sweepstakes All Coats), a RWB to a 4 point major under Breeder Judge John Brading, and Winners Bitch for a 4 point major under Breeder Judge Lisa Young! Daphne will take some time to mature before her next ring appearance, but she has made us very proud so far!
